Nicky Guerrero, a talented skater from Denmark, joined the Powell Peralta team in 1989. His presence was felt on the European skateboarding scene as he participated in 40-60 demos annually alongside renowned skaters such as Tony Hawk, Mike McGill, Steve Caballero, Lance Mountain, Ray Barbee, Frankie Hill, Ray Underhill, Bucky Lasek, Tommy Toiminen, and others. The striking graphic on this deck was designed by Sean Cliver, drawing inspiration from Polynesian art.

Originally released in 1989, the artwork by Sean Cliver captures the essence of the era.

Powell-Peralta Re-Issue Construction
This re-issue deck is a meticulous reproduction of its 1980s predecessors. Featuring the original top and bottom graphics as well as the classic shape and concave, this deck is a true homage to the skateboarding culture of that time. Crafted in collaboration with our Mexican partners, the materials used consist of U.S. hard rock maple, coupled with glue that meets stringent specifications to guarantee quality and longevity. These decks are warranted against delamination throughout their useful life, ensuring that you can skate with confidence. The design and graphics were expertly created in Santa Barbara, CA.
